Attendance

Attendance is a critical part of your child’s education. Our school day begins at 7:45 and dismissal begins at 2:25. If your child is going to be late or leave early for an appointment, we ask you to send in an office note for the excused absence. If your child is going to be out sick or for any other reason, we ask that you contact our nurse’s office at 891-6520 or the main office at 891-6419. 

If your child routinely misses school, please expect to receive a notice in the mail, and a phone call from someone on our attendance team, which meets monthly. If you are having difficulty getting your child to school, we are here to help. We can schedule a meeting to help support your family and improve your child’s attendance. Again, attendance plays a very important role in your child’s academic success.
