The PTO at Woodrow Wilson School would like to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year and we encourage all parents and teachers to participate. 

Cost to Join: $5.00 per family annually – You can find the membership form attached below this message. Forms are due on Wednesday, Sept. 18th - you can fill out and turn in at our Open House and Ice Cream Social. For families who join us late, please sign up throughout the year. 

Who We Are:
A volunteer parent-teacher organization dedicated to supporting the educational and recreational needs of the children and Woodrow Wilson School. The PTO encourages open communication between the administration, teachers, parents and students.  Meeting dates are on the district calendar.

Our Mission Statement:
As a parent-teacher organization, we strive to connect our school community with our outside community. We will do this through open communication, collecting feedback from all stakeholders, and ensuring inclusivity with all members of our school community. We are parents, guardians, teachers, and administrators working together to make a safe, positive, and welcoming place for our students where they can thrive and have fun! 

What We Do: 
The PTO helps support the school and students. Some of the activities we coordinate include:

  • Welcome Back Ice Cream Social – PTO supplies the sundaes

  • Sports Night – PTO supplies the snacks

  • Field trips – PTO contributes towards the trips that each grade level selects

  • Special School Assemblies

  • Field Day and Color Run– a fun outdoor activity is planned for the children. We provide a cool treat

  • Holiday Fun and Celebrations

  • PTO Facebook Page contest winners. We provide gift cards for winners
